Your extensions will be highlighted, toned and treated before being shipped back to you, ready to wear.

Hair of poor quality may not respond well to bleach or hair dye, leading to undesired results. We strongly recommend purchasing hair from our recommended vendors list. If this isn't possible, we encourage you to conduct thorough research to ensure you acquire high-quality hair.

Please note that we do not supply hair, so it is the client's responsibility to provide hair that can accept bleach and colouring processes.

We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from the type of hair chosen by the customer. Additionally, when discussing the desired colour, please keep in mind that while we strive to accommodate your preferences, we do not replicate the work of other stylists.

Inspirational pictures serve as a reference and may not result in an exact match due to various factors such as starting hair level, lifting process, or the specific toner/colour used.

Test strands are conducted to assess the suitability of the hair for colouring. If the hair does not lift well, we will inform you and recommend an alternative colour or return the hair to you.

Turnover time
Our turnover time for hair processing is 10 days for example if you send your hair on a Friday, it will be ready the following week.If you need your hair done sooner we offer an express service. Just let us know when you book, and we'll schedule a faster appointment date with you.
