RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair unless they are faulty or incorrect.
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.
- Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the item is returned in its original, unused condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
