Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ora Hair, each unit is carefully prepared and customised to order. As such, we operate a strict no-refund policy once an order has been placed.

We understand that circumstances may change, and cancellations may be requested. Please note the following:

• All orders are final once payment has been made
• If a cancellation is approved, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value
• This fee covers sourcing, processing, and administrative costs already incurred
• Any additional costs (e.g. products, customisation, or preparation already completed) may also be deducted where applicable
• Refunds, where granted, are issued at the discretion of Ora Hair

If your order has already been processed, customised, or prepared, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will be fulfilled as agreed.
